These Terms govern access to Amino Fusion Labs and all purchases. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. RESEARCH USE ONLY

All products are offered solely as laboratory research materials. They are NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE. Products must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied topically, compounded, used cosmetically, used for body contouring, or otherwise administered to any person or animal. Products are not offered as drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, treatments, or diagnostic products.

2. PURCHASER REPRESENTATIONS

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) are legally authorized and qualified to purchase and handle laboratory research materials; (c) will use the products only for lawful, controlled laboratory research; (d) will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional requirements; (e) will not resell, transfer, relabel, compound, administer, or promote any product for human or veterinary use; and (f) have the facilities, training, procedures, and protective equipment needed for safe handling.

3. NO MEDICAL ADVICE OR CLINICAL INSTRUCTIONS

Amino Fusion Labs does not provide medical, veterinary, diagnostic, treatment, dosing, reconstitution, administration, or compounding advice. Website content, customer communications, publications, and external links are general research information only and are not a substitute for professional advice.

4. REGULATORY STATUS AND NO HEALTH CLAIMS

Products sold by Amino Fusion Labs have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease. Purchasers are solely responsible for appropriate receipt, labeling, access controls, storage, documentation, laboratory handling, and disposal. Safety data and institutional procedures should be reviewed before use. Products must be kept away from children, consumers, patients, and animals.

8. PRICING, AVAILABILITY, AND SHIPPING

Prices and availability may change without notice. Shipping dates are estimates and carrier delays may occur. Risk of loss passes as permitted by applicable law. Purchasers are responsible for any permits, restrictions, or requirements applicable at the destination.

9. RETURNS AND DAMAGE CLAIMS

Because of the specialized nature and chain-of-custody requirements of laboratory materials, sales are final except where required by law. Report shipping damage promptly through the contact information on this site and retain the product and original packaging. We may require photographs or other documentation before reviewing a claim.

10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use the site or products unlawfully; submit false or misleading information; interfere with site security; infringe intellectual property rights; or use any product contrary to these Research Use Terms.
