Retatrutide is an investigational peptide engineered to activate the GIP, GLP-1, and glucagon receptors. It has been studied by independent investigators as a triple-receptor agonist in metabolic research.
Research background: Jastreboff et al. reported a 48-week, randomized Phase 2 human trial evaluating an independently manufactured investigational retatrutide product in adults with obesity. The study examined changes in body weight, cardiometabolic measures, and adverse events. This publication does not evaluate any Amino Fusion Labs material.

Tirzepatide is a peptide studied as a dual agonist of the GIP and GLP-1 receptors. Independent research has examined this receptor profile in metabolic and endocrine studies.
Research background: In the SURMOUNT-1 study, Jastreboff et al. conducted a 72-week, Phase 3, double-blind randomized controlled trial involving 2,539 adults with obesity or overweight and a related complication, without diabetes. The trial evaluated body-weight change and adverse events using a sponsor-manufactured tirzepatide drug product. It did not evaluate any Amino Fusion Labs material.

This research material contains BPC-157, a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide, and TB-500, a synthetic thymosin-beta-4-related peptide. Preclinical research has examined these materials separately and together in models of tissue repair.
Research background: Biçer et al. compared BPC-157, TB-500, their combination, and control conditions in 32 male Sprague-Dawley rats following standardized Achilles-tendon injury and repair. At four weeks, the study reported changes in biomechanical and histopathological measures; the combination did not provide an additional benefit over the individual test materials. This was exploratory animal research, not a human clinical trial, and it did not evaluate any Amino Fusion Labs material.

JULY 2026: THE FDA COMMITTEE MEETING, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee reviewed seven peptide-related substances for possible addition to the Section 503A Bulks List. The committee recommended BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon, and Semax for possible inclusion and did not recommend emideltide (DSIP).
